The Belly Bandit!

A few weeks ago I found a great Mommy/Baby Blog that not only is the cutest blog but she has so many helpful posts for new mommies. I love it. The 1st post I read was about the Belly Bandit and after reading her post, I had to research the product more.
So after a few days of researching The Belly Bandit I just had to buy it.
I received my Belly Bandit in the mail yesterday and I am so excited to use it after baby Mazie is born.
Thank you to Mommy/Baby blogs out there! I would have never known about this. Now let's pray that it works.
p.s. Go check out Kristin's Blog at Project Baby! Cute and helpful blog!

Who will Mazie resemble?

Jeremy and I constantly dream and talk about what Mazie will look like. Its so funny to try to think who her little face will resemble.

*Will she have my eyes
* Will she have Jeremy's nose
*Will she have my stubbornness
*Will she have Jeremy's smarts
*Will she have both of our art/craft passion

We just hope she loves us as much as we love her.
It's hard to picture. We can't wait to meet her and see her little face.
Here are some photo's of Jeremy and I when we were younger.
We can't wait to see her resemblance towards both of us.

In other news, I finally filled out my paperwork last for Maternity Leave. It was so exciting to know that the time is coming. So far if everything falls in to place, my last day of work will be August 12th. I will be returning after my bonding with Mazie, hopefully around November or even December. Not sure yet. But I know it will be the hardest thing to leave her. Not really looking forward to it, especially right now, her and I spend 24/7 with each other and I know I can't see her or hold her in my arms but we are together and share every moment with each other right now. So it will definitely be hard to go back with no baby constantly kicking, moving and begging for me to feed her every 2 minutes.

Kristin

Long Over Due - Wedding Photo's

Jeremy and I have been dating since October 2006. We met on 4th of July 2006 and hit it off. Jeremy proposed to me on 4th of July 2009 in Pleasant Grove Canyon, Utah. We were married on October 14th 2010 spontaneously in Lake Tahoe, in the woods and by a creek. The pastor was so sweet. She read native american vows to us while we held each other's hands. Mine were shaking intensely. Jeremy just looked at me smiling while I cried the entire time. Some of Jeremy's family were able to drive down and see us get married. My family could not make it because of short notice. We spent 4 beautiful days their and can't wait to go back. These photo's are long overdue. Here is our Tahoe wedding and trip.
In Reno at Circus Circus ready to go out the night before we get Married!

30 Weeks!

10 more weeks till we meet our beautiful Mazie girl!
We are ex static!
I had my 30 week appointment on Wednesday the 6th.
This was the first appointment I went on alone. Jeremy had to work.
My weight dropped and I'm now 159 lbs, my belly is measuring in at 39.5"
I was able to hear Mazie's heart and my Doctor (Dr. Lamoreoux) says everything looks great!
He told me to start counting her kicks and movements and in the next few weeks, I will start to get more uncomfortable. Hmmmm..... not looking forward to that.
Mazie has been moving non-stop for the past 3 days. My belly is morphing into different shapes. It's funny to watch. It makes me sad that she did not move a lot when I was in California for my family and friends to feel.
I was so busy when I was out their, I never had a chance to sit and relax which means she was probably sleeping the entire time.

Kristin

"The House of......No"

Jeremy and I have been searching for a house for about a month and a half now. After making a few offers and looking at over 10 homes we finally found the "perfect house". I was in California for my baby shower when Jeremy found the house and placed an offer on it. They accepted our offer! The house was gorgeous and everything we wanted. It was built in the 1800's and was sitting on an acre and a half of property in beautiful Mapleton surrounded by mountains and tree's. When I got back from California we scheduled the inspection as soon as we could. The inspection was on Thursday and it ended as a big disappointment. There were so many issues with the house it was just not worth buying. We were pretty sad but knew God did this for a reason, the house was not meant to be ours. We ended up backing out of the deal and now we are back to searching. The main reason why I am sad we did not get this house is because it was perfect to us, it was out of the city, on the countryside and had a cute park down the street. I completely day dreamed of taking Mazie to the park and raising her in a rural area, not the city area. But I know we will find our home soon and I can't wait to share.

Kristin

You are what you eat

Do you believe this?
The saying "You are what you eat"
Ha! Ha!
If it's true...
So far during my pregnancy I think I would be the following:
Green Apples and Apple Juice
 Lemonade
Miso Soup
 Cold Cereal
Ice Cold Milk
Steak
 Waffles

I don't mind being these foods.

Feeling the Pressure

I am finally feeling a little stressed out. I woke up this morning from several thoughts brewing inside my head:
* Getting a house
* Signing up for birthing classes
* Setting up my 2nd baby shower in Utah
* Finding a good pediatrician for Mazie
* Finding a great day care for Mazie when I go back to work

My head hurts and I can't sleep. To top it off, this might be "TMI" for some people but I am glued to the toilet 24/7, this bladder of mine does not know when to stop.
The perks of being pregnant.

Kristin

Back Home

I am back from California and I am exhausted. Traveling while pregnant was not that bad but it made me tired. I am so glad I have a whole week to re cooperate and relax.
My baby shower was GREAT! I had so much fun! I will be uploading photo's later on this week.
Also, I have some BIG NEWS that I will post later on this week or next week. I am so excited to share.
Happy 4th of July!!!

Kristin
