Week by Week

The weeks are going by and I am almost 1 month away from meeting this little guy.

Fun Times

We've been having fun this Spring!

Cousin Evan came to visit from California

Mazie and I love drawing with sidewalk chalk

Mazie enjoying her yoga before bed

Going to the zoo with friends is always a blast

Week by week

I got really sick the 1st week of April.

I had food poisoning or the flu. I am not sure what it was.

It was horrible. I probably lost about 5 lbs from being sick.

I also took the gestational diabetes test and it came back negative.

I'm glad that's done.

I have 1 more 4 week appointment and then I start to go every 2 weeks.

 

Mazie likes to take photo's after I take my belly picture.

I had my 28 week appointment and my doctor says everything looks good but my belly is measuring at 26 weeks, not 28, which is fine.

I've noticed a lot of braxton hick contractions this week.

Nothing painful just uncomfortable and my belly feels like I'm holding a large boulder.

One of those days...

Sometimes you just need a day.

Toddler sleeping and husband on a fishing trip.

A peaceful day is much needed.

Okay, maybe a peaceful two hours is what I get but I will take it.

A few more weeks have gone by....

Third trimester is just around the corner.

Second trimester has gone by very fast.

 During my 22 week photo, Mazie came in and wanted to take a photo with me.

Such a sweetheart.

I finally took Mazie to go see Frozen in the theatre and we had a blast

After the movie, Mazie performed for us all night.

Living Room Remodel is DONE!

We finished the living room remodel back in April 2013.

We still have little things to do like base board and trim and we are thinking of adding a central vacuum unit which would be nice.

The before photo was actually another bedroom downstairs with two closets.

The original living room is now our dining room.

Jeremy knocked down the wall the closed off the living room and bedroom to make a larger room.

Before

We usually spend all winter working on the house because there's not much to do outside.

 Painting

 Took out the carpet and put in the real maple wood floors

 Beautiful.

Mazie's Bathroom Remodel is DONE!

Mazie's bathroom was done around the end of 2012.

I can't remember the specific month.

Jeremy did an amazing job putting the new cabinet in and counter top.

He put in the tile and we painted.

We kept the toilet and tub.

We just had to do a lot of cleaning.

It's nice to have the upstairs completely finished.

We worked very hard, my husband worked his butt off.

We are very happy to now move to the 1st floor and eventually the backyard remodel.

It's a lot of work but it's coming together and it's our own touch.

Reading Room Remodel is Done!

We finished our reading room and hallway last spring but I forgot to post some photo's.

Here are before and after photo's.

I worked hard on the painting and decorating.

The room was basically a loft and Jeremy built a laundry room on the front side of the loft and the other side was made into a reading/relaxation room.

He is amazing and I was so excited when he built the laundry room upstairs.
