Week 3

Work Out Plan:
Monday - Gym for 45 minutes
Tuesday - Gym for 45 minutes
Wednesday - Gym for 45 minutes
Thursday - Gym for 1 hour
Friday - Gym for 1 hour
Saturday - Gym for 1 hour
Sunday - Off

Yes! I have lost 5.5 pounds in 3 weeks.
I have been only eating 1200 calories a day (very hard)
But worth it. I feel good.

It is Thanksgiving!
We are getting ready for friends to come over and eat!
I am thankful for so many things that I will share in a later post.

Week 1

Work Out Plan:
Tuesday - Gym for 45 minutes
Wednesday - Gym for 45 minutes
Thursday - Pilates for 30 minutes
Friday - Pilates for 30 minutes
Saturday - Gym for 45 minutes

I am proud of myself for working out the whole week. It's tough and I am also trying to eat healthier too.
I have ran and walked several miles that I never thought I could do.
YAY! It's hard when I am doing it but once I am done, I am so proud of myself.

My New Years Resolution

My New Years resolution is to lose all of the baby weight.
I really want to push myself to do this.
I am starting my new years resolution a little early though.
I feel great as is but I know I will feel even better if I was back at my normal weight.
Plus, I want to fit into my pants again.
I gained 50 pounds with Mazie.
After having her, I lost around 28 pounds.
I would like to loose another 25 pounds.
I am ready to work this off and eat better.

Baby Fat


Jeremy and I are guessing how much Mazie will weigh when she is born.
Jeremy's guess - 8lbs 2oz
Kristin's guess - 7lbs 10 oz
Jeremy weighed 8 lbs when he was born and I weighed 9, so we will see how much Mazie will be when she is born.
