Week 1

Work Out Plan:
Tuesday - Gym for 45 minutes
Wednesday - Gym for 45 minutes
Thursday - Pilates for 30 minutes
Friday - Pilates for 30 minutes
Saturday - Gym for 45 minutes

I am proud of myself for working out the whole week. It's tough and I am also trying to eat healthier too.
I have ran and walked several miles that I never thought I could do.
YAY! It's hard when I am doing it but once I am done, I am so proud of myself.
